The Republic of Fremantle team venture North to Nom Nom, for an evening of cocktails and creativity.

You'll blend your own bespoke bottle of gin to take home, whilst enjoying a curated 4-course feast with paired gin cocktails.

Sit back and relax as Republic of Fremantle's Head Distiller Tom Hutchings walks you through his pursuit for perfect spirits, while you enjoy a selection of mezze and cocktails from the talented team at Evergreens.

With his expert guidance, you'll concoct your own perfect gin recipe, blending layers of flavour using a tailored selection of botanical distillates.

At the end of the night you’ll be taking home your own 500ml bottle to share with friends, and a wealth of knowledge about the art of flavour matching and distillation.
