Hot on the heels of three sold out dinners (not really indian with jerry sheeran, “fish swim thrice”, and od mora do planina: croatian degustation.), Servo's jet-setting culinary journey flies a little closer to home with an homage to the flavours of South East Asia. Since opening in 2022, Dandelion have established themselves as one of Perth's most exciting names in Asian cuisine, with a dynamic approach fusing South East Asian staples with modern Australian attitude, the best local produce, time-honoured techniques and the kiss of wood fire. Bringing this ethos with him, Matt joins Servo Head Chef Tabitha Khoo as they take an island-hopping adventure from the aromatic intensity of Sambal to the delicate sweetness of Sago Gula Melaka.
Topping it all off is a show-stopping Sake Spritz on arrival, made from Dandelion Spirit Co.'s very own Lychee and Lemongrass Vodka, as well as a one-night-only drinks menu featuring classic SEA beers and bevs - think Singha, Tiger, etc.
