We're delighted to be hosting legendary winemakers Vasse Felix, for a decadent evening showcasing the very best of the Southwest.

You'll enjoy some of their iconic wines from the Vasse Felix cellar, alongside a five course degustation featuring premium black truffles from Truffle Hill. This once-a-year dining experience is not to be missed.


Established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity, Vasse Felix ↗ is Margaret River's founding wine estate. Their wine collection features some of the region’s most celebrated, iconic wines - some of which you will have the pleasure of enjoying on the night!


Further inland amongst the fertile soils and favorable climate of the Manjimup region, Truffle Hill ↗ have created a truffle haven, nurturing their truffle orchards with care and expertise for over two decades.
